Randall faced many obstacles in finding employment. He needed transportation, job leads, and assistance with updating his resume. Unable to receive help, Randall contacted dLCV for assistance. At no cost to Randall, dLCV leaped into action and advocated for Randall to receive these services from the Department for Aging and Rehabilitative Services (DARS).
Once he had a newly revised resume, Randall regained his self-confidence to find a job. As a result of our advocacy, we are pleased to report that Randall is now working!
Do you need employment support from DARS and feel as though you need assistance advocating for these services? dLCV can help!
