During Federal Fiscal Year 2022, dLCV received a total of 410 Critical Incident Reports from facilities operated by the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services (DBHDS).
DBHDS reports that as of June 30, 2020, 216 individuals were on the Extraordinary Barriers to Discharge List (EBL). Some of these individuals have been waiting for months, or even years, to return home.
